How it works

Our program utilises Australia’s vast network of community pharmacists, who are known as trusted and experienced medicines experts. Employees simply book online and attend their appointment. We take care of the rest, providing invoices and reports directly to you, the employer. It’s as simple as that!

Step 1: Employee makes a booking. At a participating pharmacy of their choice through an online booking portal. Step 2: Employee visits the pharmacy. To receive their health service. Step 3: Service recorded. Service and booking data is securely held in our central data management system. Step 4: Invoice and reports. Guild provide invoices and reports to the employer.
